Auto-Reply / Out-of-Office
Automatically reply to incoming messages outside of your business hours. Contacts receive the auto-reply at most once every 24 hours.
Auto-replies are sent only outside these hours. Disabled days count as fully outside business hours.
Auto-tag inbound replies
When a contact texts you back, AI reads the reply and adds a label like interested, has_question, or unsubscribe. Use those labels in Automations to route, tag, or follow up automatically. Costs $0.002 per reply read.
Tell AI what categories to sort replies into. This becomes the default for every new SMS blast — you can still change it per-blast.
When on, every blast you create starts with reply-labeling enabled and uses the default categories above.
TCPA Litigator Scrubbing
ENABLEDOutbound messages are checked against a database of known TCPA litigators, serial filers, and DNC complainants before sending. Flagged contacts are blocked permanently. Cached results refresh every 90 days.
