🛡️ Brand Vetting

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) give vetted brands a higher trust score — which means higher daily sending limits and far fewer rejections. Unvetted brands are throttled to roughly 2,000 messages/day.

📍 WhereSidebar Registration → open your brandOpen →
How to use it
  1. Click Registration in the left sidebar and open the brand you want to boost.
  2. Choose a vetting tier — Standard raises your trust score and daily throughput; Enhanced is the highest tier for high-volume senders.
  3. Already on Standard? Use the Upgrade to Enhanced button — we re-submit to the carriers for you automatically.
  4. Prefer hands-off? Tick the auto-vet authorization box during registration and we'll submit your brand for vetting automatically if it keeps getting throttled (we email you before any charge).
Best for: anyone seeing rejections, "throughput exceeded," or slow delivery during big sends.

🤖 AI Reply Agent

A conversational AI that reads your inbound texts and responds for you — with you in control the whole time.

📍 WhereYour Dashboard → the "Try the AI Agent" tileOpen →
How to use it
  1. On your Dashboard, find the "Try the AI Agent" card and click Set it up →.
  2. Give it a short persona and a few facts about your business (what you do, how to answer common questions).
  3. Pick a mode: Suggest (the AI drafts a reply and you approve it before it sends) or Auto (it replies on its own).
  4. In Auto mode, the agent automatically pauses a conversation and emails you the moment it needs a human.
  5. Track replies, active chats, and escalations right from the same Dashboard tile (it switches to a stats view once it's running).
Off — nothing changesSuggest — you approveAuto — hands-free + escalation
Best for: teams drowning in routine inbound replies who still want a human in the loop for anything important.

🩺 AI Deliverability Copilot

Plain-English answers to "why aren't my texts landing?" — it tells you which numbers are healthy, where messages are dropping, what the carriers are doing, and the exact fix.

📍 WhereThe ✨ Diagnose pill next to any delivery rate on your Dashboard & Message LogsOpen →
How to use it
  1. Click the ✨ Diagnose pill shown next to a delivery-rate number (or open it from Message Logs).
  2. Pick a timeframe — 24h, 7d, 30d, 90d, or a custom range — and the Copilot analyzes that window.
  3. Read the diagnosis and the recommended fixes; some come with a one-click fix right inside the Copilot.
  4. Ask follow-up questions in the chat, or use Copy / Download to export the report.
Best for: the moment your delivery rate dips and you want to know why — and what to do — without filing a ticket.

📞 Number Health & Spam Check

We continuously check your sending and calling numbers against carrier spam/reputation systems and show a health badge on each one.

📍 WhereSidebar Number HealthOpen →
How to use it
  1. Open Number Health from the sidebar to see a reputation badge for each of your numbers.
  2. Use the Check any number card to paste in up to 50 numbers — yours or a prospect's — for an instant caller-ID reputation read.
  3. Optionally turn on auto-rotation: if a calling number gets flagged, we swap it for a clean one automatically (you set a monthly cap).
Best for: anyone doing voice/dialer outreach, or who wants to catch a flagged number before it kills answer rates.

🔌 Zapier Integration

Connect ReadySMS to 6,000+ apps and trigger texts from anything — form fills, CRM updates, calendar events — with no code.

📍 WhereSidebar SettingsIntegrations tabOpen →
How to use it
  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations and open the Zapier card.
  2. Connect your account in a couple of clicks (a ReadySMS connection is created just for you).
  3. Build a Zap: pick a trigger app (e.g. a new form submission) and the ReadySMS "Send SMS" action.
Best for: automating "when X happens, send a text" without a developer.

🪪 Cleaner Registration (10DLC)

Your registration page now shows one clean row per business, pairing your brand and campaign with a separate status for each — so you can see exactly where each one stands (carriers approve them independently).

📍 WhereSidebar RegistrationOpen →
How to use it
  1. Open Registration to see each business as a single row with its brand and campaign status side by side.
  2. A status still pending? It's waiting on a carrier — the row shows you which part (brand vs campaign) and what's next.
Best for: anyone who's ever been confused about whether their 10DLC registration was actually approved.

☎️ Dialer for Everyone

The built-in Dialer is now one click away for every ReadySMS user, with caller-ID reputation, number health, and spam protection baked in.

📍 WhereDialer in the sidebar, or the floating dial buttonOpen →
How to use it
  1. Click Dialer in the sidebar (or the floating phone button) to open it.
  2. If you haven't used it before, a quick onboarding gets you a calling number and walks you through your first call.
  3. Your calling numbers are monitored for spam flags automatically — see them under Number Health.
Best for: following up with leads by phone right alongside your texting, in one place.

🔗 AI Integrations Agent Coming soon

An assistant that can act inside the other tools you already use. Connect a platform with an API key and ask it to read or update records for you — with a confirm step before anything is written.

Best for: anyone who wants ReadySMS to reach into their CRM or other tools without building a custom integration. We'll announce the moment it's live.

Questions, or want a hand getting set up?

Just reply to our email and we'll walk you through any of it, step by step.
