Auto-Reply / Out-of-Office

Auto-tag inbound replies

When a contact texts you back, AI reads the reply and adds a label like interested, has_question, or unsubscribe. Use those labels in Automations to route, tag, or follow up automatically. Costs $0.002 per reply read.

Tell AI what categories to sort replies into. This becomes the default for every new SMS blast — you can still change it per-blast.

TCPA Litigator Scrubbing

ENABLED

Outbound messages are checked against a database of known TCPA litigators, serial filers, and DNC complainants before sending. Flagged contacts are blocked permanently. Cached results refresh every 90 days.

Why this matters: TCPA penalties run $500–$1,500 per text, per recipient (47 U.S.C. §227). Recent SMS-sender settlements: Keller Williams $40M, Realogy $20M, Fathom Realty $2.85M. Scrubbing blocks the few hundred professional plaintiffs before your message reaches them — for a 10,000-contact send, that’s about $50 to avoid a six-figure downside.
TCPA scrubbing enabled
When ON, every outbound message is gated through the litigator check. Per-recipient fee applies on the first send to each new number.
Re-scrub frequency
How often a cached verdict expires and the next send re-checks the litigator API. 0 = never re-scrub (not recommended — phones added to the litigator list after first scrub slip through).

Auto-Compliance Text

Controls the opt-out instructions and brand identifier we automatically append to your outbound messages so they pass carrier filters.

Heads up: Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) silently drop messages without STOP language. Only disable these if your message body already contains opt-out instructions and a brand name — otherwise deliverability will crater.
Append "Reply STOP to opt out"
If your message already contains the word STOP, we skip the auto-append. Default: ON.
Prepend brand identifier
Adds your registered brand name (from 10DLC) to the start of each message. Skipped if the brand already appears in the body. Default: ON.
Leave blank for the default. Carriers require some opt-out keyword.
Defaults to your registered DBA / brand name. Override only if you need a shorter form.
"First message only" is fine for drips where the welcome message already includes STOP.
